No prior breathwork experience is necessary—this journey is designed for everyone, whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your connection to love and self-compassion. Come as you are, bring an open heart, and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and ready to share love with yourself and the world. We will have yoga mats, blankets, pillows & cushions however you are welcome to bring your own as well to meet your ideal comfort level. Please bring water and a journal, if you would like.
