A message from Vee: My Yoga Goals for You. My mission is to guide you on a journey towards holistic well-being. My goals for you as a student include:

Stress Relief and Relaxation. Our classes emphasize relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices that help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm and balance in your daily life

Mind-body connection. Develop a deeper awareness of the connection between your mind and body, fostering self-awareness and inner peace through mindful movement and breathwork,

Improved balance and coordination: Yoga helps improve your balance and coordination, which are essential for physical stability and overall well-being.

Personal Growth and Empowerment. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga encourages personal growth and self-discovery, empowering you to achieve greater confidence and clarity in all aspects of your life.

Come join me for a rejuvenating weekend flow. Challenge yourself for a class that focuses on increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. Flow includes movements performed at a low to high intensity, along with muscle conditioning exercises for flexibility and balance. Blend in gentle stretches, calming breathwork, and peaceful meditation. Perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out.
